IAM District 78’s, Local 901 – RNS psws Negotiating Committee, recently came together for negotiation preparation as they gear up for the upcoming round of Collective Bargaining.

Guided by the expertise of IAM District 78 Business Representative Ben Osakue, the session focused on developing bargaining priorities, reviewing member concerns, and strengthening the committee’s strategy. With the preparation and input from member surveys, leading the way, the committee is committed to negotiating a fair and strong collective agreement that reflects the needs of the membership.
