The session was led by the dynamic District 78 Organizer Rootisha Rampat Sukhu, with Territorial Organizing Leader Scott Jackson and Organizer Roy Bhansingh also sharing valuable insights.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members from across the district, including PSWs, stewards, and local leaders, came together to strengthen their organizing skills and deepen their understanding of workplace rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training focused on building member engagement, growing collective power, and understanding the organizing and certification process under the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
